The task was a redesign for a corporate pilot who was lost by fire. The starting point was to achieve this in current zoning and the existing section. This section I therefore left unchanged, while I’ve focused on a new design for the facade. Such industrial buildings are usually designed very pragmatic, so again the cross section, roof and side wall. The side wall and the roof of a sheet piling anthracite, which we have applied a concealed gutter, roof and side wall so that a continuous shape. The facade reflects the different functional aspects. The building is divided into two companies. Therefore, the asymmetrical facade design, which is reflected in the placement of the overhead doors. Two glass elements provide the offices for each company. The basic material for the facade is a slightly translucent polycarbonate sheet. Finally, the front depth given by the overhead doors back into the wall.
